Prolific Soccer, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides training, resources, and coaching designed to help soccer players improve their skills, habits, and career opportunities. While our program is designed to support growth and development, we cannot and do not make any promises regarding your individual results.
1. No Guaranteed Results
Participation in our program does not guarantee you will receive a professional contract, college scholarship, trial, or career advancement opportunity.
Individual results vary and depend on many factors outside of our control, including your effort, commitment, physical condition, prior experience, competition level, and external opportunities.
Any testimonials, success stories, or case studies shared on our website, marketing materials, or social media are examples of individual experiences. They should not be understood as typical results or guarantees of what you will achieve.
2. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that your success depends on your own effort, discipline, and consistency.
You are responsible for applying the strategies, lessons, and methods taught in the program to your personal development and training.
We are not responsible for missed opportunities, lack of improvement, or failure to achieve desired goals.
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Soccer training and physical activity carry inherent risks, including injury.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or athletic trainer before beginning any new fitness, conditioning, or sports training program.
You assume all risks associated with your participation in training, whether inside or outside the program.
4. Use of Third-Party Platforms (Skool)
Our program and community are hosted inside Skool, a third-party platform. By enrolling, you also agree to Skool’s own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and community guidelines.
We are not responsible for downtime, technical issues, or data handling by Skool. Any disputes related to Skool’s platform use should be directed to Skool.
While we moderate our private community, we are not liable for user-generated content posted by other participants.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prolific Soccer, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunities, contracts, or injuries sustained while applying the information from our program.
